Vliehors Expres

The Vliehors Expres on Vlieland offers a unique adventure across the wide beach of the Vliehors, also called the Sahara of the North. On board a large beach truck, you’ll drive across this vast sandy area on the west side of the island.

During the trip, the driver shares stories about the nature, history and special features of the Vliehors. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views over the Wadden Sea and the North Sea.
